We utilize on-site printing to personalize select items at your event in real time, giving attendees something fun, memorable, and instantly gratifying. 

The Merch Bar adds new meaning to merch with a purpose — no waste, no excess inventory, and a more sustainable, on-demand model that makes every item intentional. 

Whether it’s a conference, summit, or member appreciation event, our live merch experience creates energy, visibility, and a new level of engagement — all while generating non-dues revenue and giving sponsors a creative way to shine.

Each event is unique, but our base package typically includes: 

Pop-Up Merch Bar Setup: a sleek, branded booth or display showcasing our branded apparel.

On-Site Printing or Personalization: experience the excitement of on-site printing with real-time DTF printing or heat transfer for apparel and accessories.

Curated Product Lineup: enjoy a selection of limited-edition conference designs, logo gear, and fun themed items for a memorable live merch experience.

On-Site Staff: our friendly, experienced team will run the activation smoothly.

Pre-Event Coordination: we handle everything from item selection to sponsor logo placement, signage, and promotion.

Live Printing Experiences, often sponsored, come at no cost to the association. The sponsor funds cover expenses such as staff time, travel & accommodations, and the costs associated with branded apparel and decorations. We’ll help customize a quote based on your event location, estimated attendance, and item choices, including options for the live merch experience. Sponsors appreciate the visibility, and we can co-brand the booth, signage, and merchandise to showcase their support while providing on-site printing.
